We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical aesthetics practice. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with injectable treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures, along with excellent patient consultation skills and an eye for natural, balanced results.
Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Administer Botox and other neuromodulators.
* Perform dermal filler treatments, including:
* Lips
* Cheeks
* Chin
* Jawline
* Nasolabial folds
* Marionette lines
* Temples and other facial areas, as appropriate
* Experience with different filler products and techniques, including facial balancing and full-face rejuvenation.
* Perform PRP/PRF treatments, including facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.
* Experience with EZ Gel/PRF Gel is a plus.
* Perform or oversee additional aesthetic treatments within the provider’s training and legal scope of practice, including VTone and other advanced aesthetic/wellness procedures offered by the practice.
* Educate patients regarding treatment options, realistic expectations, pre- and post-treatment care, and potential risks.
* Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation.
* Follow all infection-control, patient-safety, and medical protocols.
* Recognize and appropriately manage potential complications from injectable treatments.
Qualifications
* Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in Virginia.
* Prior hands-on medical aesthetics experience is required.
* Strong experience with neuromodulators and a broad range of dermal filler procedures.
* Experience with PRP/PRF and hair-restoration treatments strongly preferred.
* Advanced injector training and aesthetic certifications are highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, facial assessment, and management of complications.
* Excellent communication and patient consultation skills.
* Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to natural-looking results and patient safety.

We are especially interested in an NP who is already comfortable working independently with aesthetic patients and has a strong aesthetic eye. We are looking for someone who can confidently assess the full face, recommend appropriate treatments, and create natural, individualized results rather than simply performing individual injections.
