The Investment Brokerage Intern participates in Marcus & Millichap's paid, eight-week summer internship program, working directly with established brokers to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate. This role combines day-to-day exposure to the real estate investment sales business with structured education, training, and mentorship, including workshops and networking opportunities. Interns work in-office as part of a brokerage team.
Marcus & Millichap is the industry's largest firm specializing in real estate investment sales and financing, as well as a leading source of research and advisory services. The Investment Brokerage Internship is designed to provide current college students with meaningful exposure to the commercial real estate industry and a foundation for pursuing a career in investment sales.
The anticipated compensation is $20 - $25/hr. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this hourly range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
