What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate for Front Desk, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Driving membership sales by engaging with potential members and explaining the benefits of our studio.
- Promoting and selling retail products to enhance the member experience.
- Supporting marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and studio environment.
- Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Ability to work Monday and Wednesday, 3p-9p.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
