Raber Painting is a high-end residential painting company based in the Gunnison Valley, Colorado, serving custom homebuilders, developers, and homeowners. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join our growing crew. Applying paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. * Removing/installing fixtures and performing minor repairs related to painting tasks. * Utilizing hand tools effectively to complete projects efficiently. * Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment throughout the project. * Previous residential painting experience is *not* required. We value on-the-job training and expect to work closely with each employee to achieve our desired standards. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and the patience to produce quality workmanship. * Proficiency in using hand tools and/or painting equipment. * Experience working with your hands or in any trade, especially finish work (tile, flooring, millwork, etc.). * On the job training - experience or not, you'll learn exactly what we do to achieve professional products. * Flexible scheduling - we do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. * Opportunities for rapid growth - we promote based on performance, not time served.
